Hello!

So, um, what do you guys think of Hypnosis so far?
I thought this would be a good moment to ask, because the Hypnosis story that I’m currently posting on DA is just about half done. It’s going to be 18-20 pages in total, and it’s supposed to be a kind of an intro to the whole Hypnosis storyline. I wanted to use it to highlight the main themes of the story, and introduce all the (relatively) important characters. Most of them have already made their appearance. I need to show a couple of more things about Jane Moray, Edinborough and Milford. Towards the end Domino-man and the Weather Girl are also going to appear.

I really enjoy drawing comic pages with copic markers. I must have said that a thousand times already. But those things just don’t cease to amuse me. A fair warning to people who are thinking of trying out copics though. Buying those things can become an addiction. In fact, I think I’ve become quite a copic-junkie myself. Whenever I walk by the store that sells them I have to go in and buy at least one. And I have to walk by it at least once a week. Thank goodness, it’s not on my way to/from work, because then I’d be dead broke. And there’s always this feeling that I need just one more marker to get the perfect color scheme. A blue a couple of shades lighter. A warmer shade of pink. A cooler shade of gray. And when I finally have all I need, one of the older ones just has to dry out. Crazy.

And now for something different.
Has anyone seen this French movie called ‘Le Pharmacien de Garde’ aka ‘The Pharmacist’? I finally watched it over the weekend and really liked it. I would say it’s too mild to be called a horror, even though that’s what some sites put it under. Actually, towards the finale, it turned into an eerie love story. And the ending was just heartbreaking.
I’m thinking about drawing fanart for it. Which will probably suck royally, because my artistic skills are so limited. Besides, I always screw up, when drawing my favorite characters. Sad, isn’t it?
